Try it free first

Every new account gets 20 free credits. Use them to generate and download a model before you pay anything, and read the prompt guide — it makes a big difference to your results.

No refund for

• Credits you have already used.
• Subscription time that has already passed.
• Being unhappy with how one generation turned out. That is what the 20 free credits and the prompt coaching are for.
• Downgrading your plan.

Refunded automatically — you don't need to ask

• Failed generations. The credits go straight back to your balance.
• Double charges or billing mistakes on our side.
• Credits lost to an outage we have confirmed.

Refunded on request, within 7 days of the charge

• A subscription period where you made no generations at all.
• A credit pack you have not touched.

How to ask

Send Forge Holdings the email on your account and the date of the charge through the contact form. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
