Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the GDPR and CCPA requirement to tell you plainly how your personal data is handled.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google — to run your account.
• The prompts you write — to generate models and to show you your own history.
• The reference images you upload — to build the model you asked for.
• The models we generate for you — so you can view, download and reprint them.
• Your plan, credit balance and payment references (never your card number) — to bill correctly and to stop credit abuse.
• Basic error and timing logs — to keep the service working.

Who touches your data

• Supabase — sign-in, database and file storage.
• Stripe — payments, cards and invoices.
• Anthropic — prompt coaching, when you tap “Improve my prompt”.
• Replicate — turning your prompt or image into a 3D mesh.

Each one only receives what it needs to do its part, and none of them are allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
• We do not train AI models on your uploads or on the models we generate for you.

What we do analyse

We look at anonymised, grouped prompt text together with outcomes — whether a model was downloaded, shared or printed — to improve our prompt guidance. This is never tied back to you publicly.

If you choose to share a model to the Community, you can also choose to show its prompt on that public page. The prompt of a private model is never shown, and it is only shown for a shared model if you turn “Share prompt too” on. Reference images you upload are never made public, even when you share the model made from them.

Where it is stored and for how long

Accounts, credit history and generation records live in our managed database. Uploads, previews and finished models are kept in private storage and reached only through short-lived links. Your data stays while your account is open; payment and credit records are kept as long as accounting and fraud prevention require.

Deleting your account

Ask us from Settings, or email Forge Holdings at forgeholdings@agentmail.to. We delete your profile, models, uploaded images and previews within 30 days. You can also delete individual models from your library at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email Forge Holdings at forgeholdings@agentmail.to and we will action it. We store a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
